As every property is different we create a plan that works for you.
We insist on having a set of keys to your property, allowing any works to continue whether your at work or on holiday. We will give you 24 hours notice.
How it works
We will arrange on an annual basis the below:
• Gutters to be cleaned once or twice a year (depending on area)
• Boiler to be serviced once a year
• Electrics tested every five years
• External pressure washing to be carried out twice a year
• Arco drainage, slot drainage, down pipe outlets all checked and cleaned twice a year
• Light bulbs checked on a monthly basis
• Sand and seal any external timber (Decking, Cladding) once a year Every property is different and requires different needs, our bespoke management plans give you piece of mind all year round.

How the Process Works
- Firstly we arrange a meeting at the property and we will assess room by room and create a detailed list on works we think should be carried out, from door handles to cracks on plastered walls etc.
- Then a schedule of works will be completed for all items needing to be addressed.
- A monthly invoice (which will vary and depend on works carried out that month) of labour and materials will be sent including the property management fee.
